 Update from Christine:
 1. I tried to add <script src='
 http://dev.virtualearth.net/mapcontrol/mapcontrol.ashx?v=6.1'></script>
 into template but still have the problem.
 2. I am setting up a public server which you can visit and see the
 problem. It will take some time, and I will notice you when it's ready.
