 Alternatively, you can also fix this by deleting the topmost finite
 display scale from the Map Definition.

 Again, I'd be interested to know how this list was created?

 Attached is a "fixed" package. The only change as already mentioned, was
 deleting the topmost finite display scale from the Map Definition.
