Mateusz,

Yes, that was my intent.  To "package" lists of options in a standard way
with well understood escaping and quoting rules.  A mechanism that could
be applied to new drivers, and in some hopefully not-too-disruptive fashion
applied to old drivers with options in the datasource name.
