[Ica-osgeo-labs] OpenGIS examples in research and teaching for building Master "Geo for All" presentation

This is the result from a course I taught on GeoWeb as a whole class
project. Each team of 3-4 students did a different part of the setup:
Openlayers,
Geoserver, (All non base layers)
Postgis, (All non external layers, ie not from Stamen)
TileMill/TileStache/OSM (See Geography layer)

Instruction was using OSGeoLive.
Students picked the stack after trying different choices each week. e.g.
one week was WMS and they tried, tested and compared all the WMS options
on OSGeoLive.
