[Geoprisma-dev] isAuthorized method change

Well, when you think about it it's not that big of a deal.  It's just 
"changing" a string property for an "object", so I really guess it's 
okay since it's not breaking anything.  If no one disagrees, I'd go 
ahead and commit.

I made all according changes all over GeoPrisma code.  If you use 
user-made php scripts that are using the org_geoprisma_acl_ACL 
'isAuthorized' method, you need to give the method a 
org_geoprisma_resource_Resource instead of its name.
