[GRASS5] src/libes/geom commented out

Hello all

The src/libes/geom library is commented out from the src/CMD/lists/GRASS file
as follows

###libes/geom is required for s.geom, v.geom:
#src/libes/geom

And the s.geom module is commented out as follows

#src/sites/s.geom # needs update to 5.0 API

However, the v.geom module is not commented out and its Gmakefile causes the
src/libes/geom library to be built anyway. So, is there any objection to having
the src/libes/geom line uncommented in the GRASS file?
