The issue with QGIS naming is that -dev and -devel is complete opposite
meaning the for Debian packaging (devel repository versus dev packages).
Please correct if I'm wrong. But anyway, with -dev and -devel it is hard to
say which one is which if you don't see the description.

For the rest, Martin's suggestion is similar.
