[GRASS-stats] Spgrass6 syscmd error

Thanks Rainer,
i also thought that my problems occured as a result of our server being 
out of date, but as i got the same error with R 2.11 on my laptop i 
didn't really believe it. I upgraded to R 2.13.1 now and everything 
works just fine.
