[winGRASS] error on import of ECW/ERMapper Compressed Wavelets

I am not sure that ecw is directly supported in WinGRASS.

I would suggest converting it to a tiff before trying to import it
with r.in.gdal
Use gdal_translate (a part of fwtools, available at:
http://www.remotesensing.org/gdal/)
