[winGRASS] gdal-ogr-plugin

Sir,
I hope to run d.vect filename require compilation of gdaL WITH grass
support...

so i recompiled it with following
./configure --with-grass=c:/cygwn/usr/local/grass6.2.1 \
   --with-autoload=c:/cygwin/usr/local  --with-ld-shared="g++ -shared"

make
make install

should i link dll files..if so how???Can u help me...
Hope u will reply with good solution...
any help will be appreciated
