Volunteer "todo" list...

I've gotten a couple of inquiries from folks interested in volunteering
on the project. Howard has a long list of things that need to be done
for the website, but we don't have such a list for other areas (testing,
documentation and such). I'd be glad to update and maintain the
volunteer page with specific tasks if folks have ideas and are willing
to take ownership of a task (e.g. direct/help volunteers).
