[mapserver-dev] msautotest viewer utility

Hi list,

I created a small add-on to the msautotest tests tool created by Frank.  
This is a python based script that creates an HTML page to display 
actual/expected images side by side to help developers and testers 
verify results.  There is a third column of images as well which is made 
of the actual and expected images  superimposed on each other.  These 
images are switched in alternance by pressing the button just above to 
ease  the process of  detecting differences.

I hope that this will help msautotest users to be less reluctant to use
