Attribute data with no associated .shp and .shx file

You might consider merging the .dbf files based on that matching ID number, so 
that the Street Address and Zip codes become attributes of the shapes.  The Perl 
DBI::XBase module is a handy tool for such purposes if you don't have ArcView or 
DBase or some other suitable GUI tool laying around...
