GDV Client

I was getting tired of the original mapserver client so I've run up a
copy of the GDV Client

Only four raster layers at the moment. Next step is to start doing some
overlays and data layers ;)

I still have the odd bit of German on it, but things are comming. It
works nicely on Mozilla and Firefox - as long as you enable pop-up's
