Not able to navigate through reference map

Hey all..
I am trying to create my own map and it is working correct but when I click
on the reference map then instead of navigating to the right place in main
map , the map looses the focus..
And, after that map is required to be reloaded again..
So, this is something missing in map file or in HTML of the page ?

Any response will be highly appreciated..
