Sorry - I should have given you his normal email.  Most people do not  
have an OSGeo email address - only ones who are chairing committees  
usually get one.  Most still don't have them though.  Will send you  
his address offline.

You should now have commit access - please test and let me know if  
you have any trouble.  For anyone who has trouble, please contact me  
directly and I will add you to the permission group that allows commits.
