[Journal] Finally getting started on Volume 12.

Thanks for the offer of support. Your contributions have been key to the
last couple issues of the Journal.

I agree. Let's stay in the word processor files until all of the text edits
are done. We can layout to PDF at the end of the review process and just
check for layout bugs.

I'll try to work on the French and UK chapter reports today.

This is a good idea. Please remind me when we get close to publication and
will try to tie things up "officially" this time.
