Hey Folks

Although I haven't seen the actual call for proposals come out, I feel like
there isn't a surge in enthusiasm for running this proposal.

I'm going to step back, and focus on the Hobart proposal for FOSS4G SotM
Oceania for now, but I'm happy to help out if someone wants to lead this
process.
