[OpenCitySmart] Anyone on our list have expertise in the "urban resilience" literature?

Our group at the GFDRR (http://gfdrr.org/) at the World Bank works on
these topics using Open Source software and Open Data. I've cc'd
Vivien Deparday who leads these efforts.
