[OpenLayers-Users] a error while using the proxy.cgi under Windows.

 Hi, First I apologyze for sending several similar topic. Because I didn't receive  the message I sent before so I couldn't reply to it, but I have come across a new problem so I had to launch a new topic. 
I use the proxy under Tomcat5.5 in Windos OS, When I access the proxy.cgi: http://localhost:8080/geoserver/cgi-bin/proxy.cgi, I it print: 
   
 Some unexpected error occurred. Error text was: <urlopen error (10106, 'getaddrinfo failed')>
 
I use the can access the http://www.openlayers.org/ through browser(IE7.0).
I tried other sites with  http://localhost:8080/geoserver/cgi-bin/proxy.cgi?url=http://www.openstreetmap.org .  I got the HTTP 500 internal error. Any suggestions.
