I think PDAL shouldn't do this, even though the specification doesn't
say much on the topic. This is the first I've heard that we were
(through libLAS or PDAL) though. Is this particular file special in
some way? EPSG: 32619 isn't really special. Are we perhaps forwarding
some SRS info or something?
