[postgis-devel] postgis-1.5.sql

I personally like the idea of numbering the whole contrib/postgis-1.5

That is what I have done with the Windows installs.  Its easier to manage I
think, because each version is in its own folder so you don't have to guess
what goes with what.  Like naming uninstall etc. and changing the script
each version
