Comment:

 This bug was supposedly fixed with 1.5.3, as long as built against
 GEOS-3.3.0+ or 3.2.3+.
 I suggest you rebuild postgis from scratch and don't miss to source the
 postgis_upgrade_minor.sql or however it's called (see the procs..need
 upgrade message)
