[Qgis-community-team] Translation of QGIS User Guide into Turkish

[Dr. Omur Saygin]

Hi All,

This is my very first message.I'm willing to translate QGIS user guide into
Turkish.
The reason is that there is  a significant trend to use open source GIS
software's particularly
QGIS.

I should mention that I'm not familiar with the translation process and
tools. Would you
please kindly let me know  how I can start to translate ? Thank you in
advance
