[Qgis-community-team] Web translations

Hi,

@Werner: ok fine - thanks a lot! Would be great, if you could have a look at
it. 

@Paolo Co: Could you have a look at pootle again and make it work? And if a
translation team decides to only use pootle for their language, do you think
it would work stable then?
