[Qgis-developer] A couple of ideas for QGIS

Hi Roy,

These are both addressed for geopackage already.

Number one is a core feature (thanks to Even Rouault), number two is a
plugin called "qgpkg" (thanks to Sourcepole) and would IMO really be a
good candidate for core functionality.
