[QGIS-Developer] Possible discussion during hackfest?

Yeah let's go planning QGIS 4 !
+1 for pushing SWOT and decisions in a QEP, so that those who couldn't make
it to nodebo can folloW. One of or weaknesses is clearly that we don't
communicate enough on decisions made during hackfests, maybe because of 🍺?
 😉
