[QGIS-Developer] Processing modeler GUI unusable in KDE / Plasma

Hi Etienne and Nyall, 

Indeed - removing the file "qgis_customwidgets.py" from
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PyQt5/uic/widget-plugins brought the
Processing modeler back to normal! 

Cool! 

So now we at least do know that this is the culprit.
