[QGIS-Developer] tkinter didn’t work

Hi Qgis Developers !

In a plugin I tried to use a if statement that while ask something to the
user.
My ideia is to us tkinter but the library did not exist.

Do any one know who to use Tkinter in Qgis plugin ?
