Eheh I am not really a developer ^^ I just try to keep a LTR branch on
conda-forge, but most of the time real maintainers solve the problems.

But, yes. Starting on QGIS 3.20.x it's needed a more recent version of Qt5
than the one that is provided by conda-forge. There are not many hands to
work on the Qt builds and it's quite complex, therefore the work is going
quite slowly.

There's already a Qt5.15 build but now we are missing another components,
we need to be patient... As Alexander said, it's all based on volunteers
work.

Once that is solved, we should be back to regular releases not much time
after the Oficial QGIS releases.
