[QGIS-Developer] Pyqgis master api search broken?

Broken for me as well, I tested 3.28 and master in different browsers. 
They show

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
     at search.html?q=qgisinterface&check_keywords=yes&area=default:2239:7
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
     at search.html?q=qgisinterface&check_keywords=yes&area=default:2244:5

and an unrelated 404 for /_static/qgis.ico/ in the console.
