[QGIS-Developer] Downloads and random languages

Hi Colin,

no, I'm not using VPN. Language decision may be up to browser, I understand
that, but both problems started recently (maybe few months ago) and I get
this weird behavior only on QGIS.org, I do not notice this on any other
website.

Also I believe it's not connected to my internet provider, because this
problems also happen on my computer at work where we use different provider
(also optical, high bandwidth internet connection).
