[Qgis-psc] Is updating of the MacOS version planned?

I'd like to +1 this question, and ask PSC if the topic can be raised
at the next PSC meeting. The MacOS builds are in a rather sorry state
right now (my understanding is that they are on life-support only
thanks once again to Jürgen's efforts!), and are needing some love to
update all the library versions used and fix the notarisation
handling. I believe a rethink in how we approach the MacOS packaging
is overdue and a better, long-term viable solution determined....
