[Qgis-tr] Italian translaction

Hi!
Transifex and QGIS are not "directly" connected.
A change in Transifex does not instantly show up in QGIS GUI.
The translations first have to be pulled into the release and then
built - which usually happens with every release.
So usually you have to wait (at least) for the next point release for
the translations to show up in the GUI.
