[Qgis-user] QGIS 2.2 Valmiera install problem- Shortcuts don't work

Hi Ramon,

The program now opens however all of the buttons are greyed out. I will try re-installing whilst logged in as admin and also checking the AV to see if it's blocking anything.

Oh, I thought the bat file was in the same directory as the .exe

The Desktop and Start Menu icons are just shortcuts to that.
