[Qgis-user] 2.8 or 2.14

Hey Tyler,

2.14 is the next LTR once 2.16 is release, which is in the next month or
so.  I would generally say unless you see a reason to not you should move
to 2.14.

If you have done testing and are happy to move no harm in the upgrade.
