[Qgis-user] Fwd: Access ArcGIS Rest Services in QGIS

I downloaded and installed qgis master f1ec121
Clicking on toolbar button "Add ArcGis MapServer layer"
I get a dialog error reporting: "Cannot get ArcGIS Map Server select dialog
from provider."
Is it an issue? Should I report it?
