[Qgis-user] Displaying a photo with the attachment widget in 3.0

Hey folks,

Anyone know how the new Attachment Widget works to display a photo with either a file path or URL?

In 2.18 the web view widget displayed the photo perfectly but in 3.0 only the file path is displayed and not the image.

Thoughts?
