[Qgis-user] problem with RT MapServer Exporter

Hi Salvatore,
installation of python libraries depends on your operating system.
Usually `pip install` does the job. We moved from mapserver+pmapper to
qgis-server+Lizmap long ago, so I cannot help you with the former. Sorry
about that.
