[Qgis-user] qgis user profile configuration

I have the issue in any way, with the custom user as well with a new
profile, and I have the same issue even if I dont override the system, in
fact I tried to override it in order to see if I could solve the problem:
The default system appearing is: User interface translation: American
English
                                                     Locale (numbers, date
and currency formats):  There is nos any selected.

Qgis version: 3.22.8-Bialowiesa     Qgis code revision:    8de9761df
Qt version:  5.15.3
Operative System: Windows 10, 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
