Hi Uwe,
could you please describe the exact steps you followed in order to 
install the PCRaster plugin and the needed Python libraries and/or 
provide the links to the YouTube videos you saw ?

Have you read the plugin documentation? Have you installed the PCRaster 
package as described in the plugin documentation?
