[TOSprint] Proposed Vienna Code Sprint 2014

Hi Stephan,

Thanks for getting the ball rolling.

I wonder what your personal thoughts are on if the event happens there,
would there be a wider representation of projects attending (such as
some GRASS or QGIS team reps).  What are your thoughts on that?  Or are
you aiming for "typical" C-tribe sprint teams (MapServer, PostGIS,
GDAL/PDAL).

Also, it would be good to start a discussion with the Bolsena sprint
team as well, even just to keep all these ideas out in the open. (where
several interesting projects are active, including GeoNetwork, deegree,
Mapbender,...)

Sorry if I am complicating things, but we should discuss all possibilities.
