Milo,

Unfortunately the above items greater skill with Drupal than I
have so I can't given a solid answer.  Unless someone with Drupal-fu
volunteers you might have to assume the answer is no.

We use pairnic.com as a registry and it does not support registering
.nl domains so it would not be particularly convenient for us to
hold the osgeo.nl domain.
