Hello Farkas,
nice to hear back from you. Sorry for my mistake in providing the
command to check dependencies which was wrong.

This is is the correct command to use to check dependencies with
standard tools providen in Visual Studio Express edition:

dumpbin /dependents ogr_sp.zo

Note that it may be interesting also to try running the same request
from the command prompt to see more clearly what is happening when
Apache is trying to run the program. To run ZOO-Kernel from the command
line, please use the following syntaxe :

.\zoo_loader.cgi "<YOUR_REQUEST>"

Where <YOUR_REQUEST> should be replaced by the content following the
quotation mark in the url you providen.

I hope that this will help us to understand better where the issue
occurs.
