Hi Gerhard

If you manage to get the data and the licence does not prohibit
re-distribution, I would appreciate a copy. With regards to SANRAL, I
wonder whether you would be able to PAIA them. They're a
quasi-government organisation so it's not clear what their obligations
are. I'll try to find out if it's interesting to you.
