[Belgium] Call for Sponsor & Map & Collaboration - NL - FR & next meeting

Hi,

Regarding the call for maps:

I created a first version of this years call for maps a few days ago on
the wiki: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G-BE_2017_Call_for_Maps
I already changed the dates. 

@Gaël: what do you mean by 'determine a layout for the map'?
Also, do I leave out the online submission altogether (so we don't print
the maps ourselves) or just add that we'd prefer people to bring their
map printed?
