[Belgium] February 5: geospatial @FOSDEM

Hi all,

For those who have not seen it yet: there will be another geospatial
devroom at FOSDEM this year.
FOSDEM is one of Europe's largest open source events, and besides the
geospatial track there will be more than 500 other presentations -
surely you will find something interesting for you!
