[Benchmarking] Oracle/SDE down?

Hi,
I'm trying to run some benchmarks against older versions of
GeoServer and noticed Oracle seems to be down?
SDE is unreachable as well, but it's likely a side effect
of Oracle being down.

Any chance they can be restared?

Since this happened in the past, maybe we should share on
the wiki page some way for a sudo-er to restart them
manually?
