[Benchmarking] Geodata & hard drives

I remind that last year last minute decision to just update the
set of data to be used for the benchmarks made us "use" between
one and two weeks of time (not solid, we were all working late at
night and during the weekend).

So, before we start assuming it's ok to change data and styling,
are we sure we have time to handle that? Who's going to deal with it?
