Maybe I missed something. I voted for him. We can take him out.

He's an active MapGuide developer who is actively interested in working with MGE. We now have 2 members from the MG community. If it's important to remove 1 and reduce it to 1, that's fine.

Folks,

Questions have been raised about Gordon Luckett being elected a member
when he was not even on the nomination list.

Using Google as my friend, I get the impression that he was intending to
be at the Chicago meeting but could not make it and is an avid user of
MapGuide.

Is it possible that he was a "write in"?  Laura, I gather you didn't
check the votes against the nomination list?

I can live with him being a write it, but it is intensely embarrassing for
me to have not known in advance.  I feel like a bit of an idiot for not
having checked the votes against the nomination list, but I guess it never
occurred to me as being necessary.

Lets figure out what the board position is on this.  Are we willing to let
him stand as a member even though he was not nominated?
